The Online India does not fulfil the client’s requirements. It only takes the client’s requirements and passes them on to the professional consultant.

The Online India does not Promote any Lawyer-Client Relationship.
    • At The Online India, any transmission, receipt, or use of any The Online India advisory services does not constitute or build a lawyer-client relationship or any other kind of relationship between the client and the professional. Any electronic communication sent to The Online India alone is not to build a lawyer-client relationship between the user and The Online India, such being expressly denied.

    • The Online India does the work of finding the best-suited independent professional for the needs of the user. We do not favour any user or independent professional. The Online India does not advertise or promote any independent professional by any means.
    The Online India does not Provide Avenue for Solicitation
    • The Online India maintains client confidentiality from consultants until the client communicates with the consultant or advisor directly or online. Our independent consultants are prohibited from viewing any private data in relation to potential clients. Moreover, the independent consultant cannot view the client’s profile unless the client and the consultant communicate with each other.

    • The Online India reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user, and the user shall not, in any event, settle any matter without the written consent of The Online India.

    Warranty and Limited Liability

In case one of our Clients libels another one of our clients, they can blame The Online India, even though the libellee is at fault. In case any Client uploads any program with a computer virus or transmits illegal or improper information to another user, and this results in damaging the time and resources of our other clients, the libellee is to be held liable and is required to acknowledge the responsibility for their actions.
    • Although it is the goal of The Online India to provide Clients with reliable and quality systems, there is a chance of errors or system failure from our end. Such errors are inevitable while running an operating system of such size. We cannot make our system available in case we have to acknowledge our mistakes or financial liability in relation to usability problems, system failures or errors, or mistakes or damages of any kind. In order to continue improving our consultancy services, The Online India denies any warranties of the services and states that our liability for any problems connected with the use of our system is strictly limited.

    • The client expressly agrees that the use of the service is at the client's sole risk. The consultancy services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Online India expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
    • No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by any independent advisor from The Online India is to create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
    Limitation of Liability
    • The client agrees that The Online India is not to be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including, but not limited to damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if The Online India has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
    • The client further agrees that The Online India is not to be held liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, whether such interruption, suspension or termination was justified, negligent, intentional or inadvertent.
